I. REFUND POLICY:

By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Due to COVID-19, All sales are final. 

We are aware that items can fit differently, and urge customers to review our size chart and item descriptions before purchasing. All sales are final with the exception of faulty items. Exchanges are also not accepted for safety and sanitary reasons, due to COVID-19.

FAULTY ITEMS

RYA The Brand aims to produce high quality products that are inspected during the quality control process. In the event that you receive a damaged/ faulty item, please send an email including evidence to info@ryabrand.com with you order number and full name.

We can only accept the return of a faulty item as long as it is in its original state of packaging with tags attached.

If approved for a return, items will be inspected upon return. We were reserve the right to refuse any faulty items after inspection.

 ORDER ADJUSTMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS

Due to our speedy shipping process, there is no guarantee that orders may be adjusted after the order is placed. In the event that your order has not shipped and you would like to change your size, color, address, etc. Please send an email to info@ryabrand.com with "Order Adjustment" in the subject line. Please include the order number, and the adjustment that you would like made. If the adjusted size or color you requested is in stock, we will notify you via email, but if not, we will be unable to cancel the order.

In the event that you put the wrong address and the order has already shipped, you will have to reach out to the shipping courier with your tracking information.

We reserve the right to refuse order adjustments after orders have been placed. 

At RYA The Brand, your satisfaction and safety is our number one priority. We will try our best to accommodate your needs as best as we can.

 

II. SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be aware that due to the worldwide pandemic, the delivery time of your order may take slightly longer than usual. We’re working closely with our delivery partners to prioritize safe deliveries. Please check your tracking information or contact us at info@ryabrand.com if you need further help regarding your order.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be added to the total of your order at check-out.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selective countries. A fee of $20- $45 will be added to your order for international shipping and will be converted to the currency of your country.

Pre-Orders

Please make sure to read the expected shipping date for items that are pre-ordered. Pre-ordered items can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days to ship. All information will be listed in item description and check-out page.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ryabrand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 All sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ryabrand.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases.   • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and connected applications such as Afterpay, Shipping tracking information, etc...

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
